DEALING WITH DORA: How the EU Regulates ICT Risks for Financial Companies

12.05.2023

DORA is the EU’s Digital Operational Resilience Act, which entered into force on January 2023 and will be applicable as of January 2025.

Part of the EU’s Digital Finance Strategy, Dora is intended to strengthen the operational resilience of regulated financial companies.

Our panel of experts will explain the EU initiative and its relevance for firms doing business in and with Europe. They will also compare DORA with corresponding U.S. initiatives.
