Night of Ideas
In this period of intense geopolitical upheaval in Europe and around the world, Night of Ideas invites researchers, writers, artists, and community leaders to question the theme "Where Are We Going?" Coordinated by the Institut Français, Night of Ideas is being presented in 100 countries worldwide, including the United States. In Washington, D.C., EU Ambassador to the United States Stavros Lambrinidis, former French Minister and Director of the Atlantic Council’s Africa Center Rama Yade, Co-Director of the University of Virginia’s Democracy Initiative Laurent Dubois, and others will discuss common goods, the question of governance, and how we can make our democracies stronger.
