1.Dear Ambassador, the EU and its Member States thank you for this short yet meaningful report on the Structured Dialogue.
2.Following the Hamburg Declaration and launched in 2017, the Structured Dialogue was based on consensus of all 57 participating States. Yet, after Russia´s full scale war of aggression against Ukraine, there is currently no scope for meetings at 57in this format.
3.In this regard, we warmly extend our gratitude to the Finnish Chair for their commitment to further developing the Structured Dialogue, especially in the challenging circumstances since February 2022. We acknowledge the results of the small group work and the development of the OSCE toolbox.
4.We look forward with great anticipation to the presentation of this toolbox following this FSC.
