1.We would like to voice our full support for the Chair and his mandate to makes overeign decisions, in line with the Rules of Procedure. We regret this yet another blockage and urge Russia to avoid this in the future.
2.Allow us to quote from the statement which we have planned for this week: Mr Chair, we often commend this Forum for its uniqueness and indispensability inpolitico-military matters, for its role in fostering dialogue and restoring confidence as well as striving for security and co-operation in Europe and beyond. Sadly, there are many roles that this Forum currently cannot play for a very simple reason: One participating State, Russia, has undertaken a full scale invasion of another.
