The overall objective of this action is to To contribute to ensure the exertion of the right to Maternal and Child Health (MCH) in rural Vietnam, especially in areas that have not been reached by the achievements of the country and for the poor and marginalized parts of the population.

Specific objectives: CSOs are empowered to demand quality child and maternal health care services and able to equitably access to them in the province of Bac Giang.

Result 1: Set up a network of CSOs at provincial level that participate in monitoring and evaluation of the quality of child and maternal health services in the 4 target districts.

Result 2: Set up an institutionalized dialogue among, CSOs, private sector and the Provincial Health Department in support to equitable access to quality health services.
