Joana Vasconcelos, a renowned Portuguese artist, paid a visit to the Permanent Mission of the EU at the WTO for a talk and a vernissage. She is  an incredibly charismatic and energetic person. The Mission was delighted and honoured to host some of her artwork throughout the year!
