Specific Objectives of the Action 

• Creation of cash for work programmes for particpants of different qualification levels to engage a broad range of young people in the rhabilitation and restoration activities 
• On-the-job trainings for the project participants to transfer the necessary expertise and skills related to the maintenance and rehabilitation of Yemeni urban heritage to address the decline of traditional savoir-faire in the mostly informal Yemeni cultural industry 
• Improvement of civil society organisations' engagement and effectiveness in the sustanable management and development of community assets, cultural and human resources
