Ex-ante publicity for support of communication activities of EU Delegation to Yemen

The Delegation of the European Union to Yemen plans to conclude a three-year framework service contract to support communication activities of the EU Delegation to Yemen. These activities may include (but not limited to) videos, social media activities and design of visibility materials.

This tender is addressed to duly registered economic operators that have the legal and technical capacity to carry out the contract.

All economic operators interested to be invited to the tender, shall submit their expression of interest to DELEGATION-YEMEN-PROCUREMENT@eeas.europa.eu by providing:

- Legal entity name

- Postal and physical address

- Name and e-mail of contact person

- Telephone number

The European Union Delegation is under no obligation to attribute the above-mentioned contract. Under no circumstance will the European Union Delegation be obliged to finalise a service contract on the basis of the expression of interest by a tenderer.

- Indicative time for the launch of procurement procedure: End of October 2021

- Estimated maximum framework contract value: EUR 120,000
