Interest parties should send by e-mail the following documents:
- Copy of valid Trade Licence or other issued by a government authority or body;
- Copy of Certificate of Business registration or incorporation;
- A certificate of the payments of taxes.
The e-mail message should include the Tender N° as mentioned in the table above and addressed to: Delegation-Zambia-Admin-Tenders@eeas.europa.eu by 9th January,2023 by 17:00 hrs (local time) the latest.
