1. You have the nationality of an EU Member State, you must use Goalkeeper to apply:

          a) You are already registered on Goalkeeper and you have an EU Login:

          b) You do not have a Goalkeeper account or an EU Login:

Some positions are only accessible to Seconded candidates. Please contact your National authority if you want to be included in their list of Seconded candidates. You will still need a Goalkeeper profile.  

2. Seconded candidates from contributing Third States (non-EU): please use the application form provided by Annex 3 below.
