Ex-ante publicity and the invitation to express the interest – Call for tenders – Decorative elements for the visual identity of the offices of the Delegation of the European Union in the Democratic Republic of Congo

The EEAS will launch a call for tenders in accordance with a negotiated procedure for the provision of the following services:

• Graphic design of visual identity elements (decorative wall panels, etc.)

• Production of decorative elements and delivery to Brussels. 

If you are interested in this tender, you may express your interest by sending an email to the following address: RM-SCS-6-TENDERS@eeas.europa.eu . You must specify your contact details, such as business name, postal address, contact person, e-mail address.

The subject of the email should be: EEAS – Call for tenders - Decorative elements for the visual identity of the offices of the Delegation of the European Union in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Once the deadline for inscription (expression of interest) is closed, you will be added to the list of economic operators to which the invitation to tender with information on how to submit a tender will be sent.

Participation in the tender procedure is open on equal terms to all natural and legal persons whose domicile (natural person) or whose registration of their headquarters (legal persons) is:

• in one of the European Union Member States;

• in a third country which has a special agreement with the European Union in the field of public procurement on the conditions laid down in the agreement;

Participation is also open to international organisations.
