EU Observers Participate in Simulation of Preliminary Results Transmission

The European observers were received by the national director of the Civil Registry Service (Serecí), David Dávila, who provided a technical, logistical, and technological explanation of the system responsible for the preliminary results transmission on Election day.
During the presentation, Dávila emphasized that the results generated by the Sirepre “are provisional, non-binding, and have no legal value”—a clarification aimed at reinforcing understanding of the system’s role within the electoral process.
Participation in this simulation is part of the observation activities carried out by the European Union Electoral Observation Mission in Bolivia, reaffirming its commitment to promoting transparency, integrity, and public trust in the country’s democratic processes.
