‘We are deploying our short-term observers (STOs) who will join our teams that have been on the ground since the end of October,’ explained Tania Marques, deputy head of the European Union Election Observation Mission.

The video summarises the deployment of the 38 STOs to the different departments of Honduras, which strengthens the Mission's capacity for the general elections on 30 November.
