Jordi Barrat, election analyst of the European Union Election Observation Mission in São Tomé and Príncipe 2026: “My role is to analyse how the elections are conducted. For example, I look at the voter registration process, civic education campaigns, electoral preparations for polling day, the voting itself, as well as the counting and the various stages of result tabulation”.
