Deputy Head of Mission (DCO) Alexander Gray and election analyst Margarita Alves travelled to Timor-Leste Special Administrative Region of Oecusse-Ambeno to meet with a variety of electoral interlocutors. EU EOM long term observers deployed in that area, Monica Luongo and John Geary, organised and participated in all the meetings with aim to obtain the information for their reports.
