EEAS CivOpsHQ Personnel Director Engages with EUAM RCA and Partners

EUAM RCA welcomed Mr. Mirko Kreibich, Head of the Personnel Division (CivOpsHQ.3, EEAS), for a visit to Bangui focused primarily on meeting the Mission and its staff.

His programme included field visits to EUAM-supported institutions — including the Police and Gendarmerie schools — and discussions with their Human Resources departments, highlighting the Mission’s ongoing contribution to security-sector reform.

In addition to his engagements with EUAM RCA, Mr. Kreibich met with the EU Delegation and the French Embassy. He concluded his visit with an open exchange with Mission personnel, presenting recent developments within CivOpsHQ.3 and outlining upcoming priorities.

 His visit reaffirmed the EEAS’s commitment to supporting EUAM RCA and maintaining close engagement with national partners.
