EUAM RCA attends inauguration of FACA mosque in Bangui

The Head of Mission of EUAM RCA, Gail Van Hoever, attended the inauguration of the Central African Armed Forces (FACA) mosque at Camp Kassai.

The ceremony brought together national authorities, defence representatives and international partners, reflecting the significance of the initiative within the broader institutional framework of the armed forces.

“This initiative contributes to strengthening cohesion and mutual respect within our armed forces,” said a representative of the FACA.

In this context, EUAM RCA supports the strengthening of inclusive and accountable security structures, contributing to long-term stability in the Central African Republic.

“Strong and inclusive institutions are essential for lasting stability. EUAM RCA remains committed to supporting national partners in this direction,” said Gail Van Hoever, Head of Mission of EUAM RCA.
