As part of its mandate to support internal security sector reform, the Head of Mission of EUAM RCA met with the Director General of the Central African National Police to review ongoing cooperation and identify priority areas for EU strategic advisory support.
The exchange focused on strengthening institutional capacities and interoperability, including advisory guidance on organisational development and coordination mechanisms, in support of nationally led reform priorities and in line with EU and international standards, with due attention to human rights and gender equality.
EUAM RCA remains committed to supporting sustainable, nationally led security sector reform in the Central African Republic.
