EUAM RCA supported a training session bringing together Customs, Water & Forests and the judiciary around a shared objective: improving the quality of procedures, strengthening the criminal chain, and enhancing the legal robustness of field operations.
Led by a judicial trainer, the session enabled participants to strengthen key skills, particularly in drafting reports, which are essential to ensuring the legal solidity of cases.
The training also fostered direct dialogue between judicial police officers and magistrates, contributing to stronger governance of controls and greater procedural compliance in the fight against trafficking.
At the core of this effort, interoperability emerges as a key driver—the ability of institutions to act in an aligned, complementary and coordinated manner. EUAM RCA supports this process through an integrated approach promoting harmonised practices and reinforced cooperation with the judiciary.
