EUAM RCA was invited to participate in the official handover of IT equipment by MINUSCA’s SSR section to support the production of military ID cards. As a key partner of MINUSCA and the Central African authorities, EUAM RCA supports the strengthening of human resources capacities within the internal security forces, with a view to promoting more professional, accountable and effective institutions at the service of the population.
