EUAM RCA Supports the Next Generation of Gendarmerie Trainers

EUAM RCA supports the National Gendarmerie School of Kolongo in launching a four-week training-of-trainers programme in pedagogy. The course brings together 20 participants, including four women, mainly senior staff of the School, in the presence of the Director of Studies and the Head of the Corps.

By strengthening instructors’ pedagogical skills through modern teaching methods and effective knowledge transfer, this initiative aims to ensure high-quality and sustainable training for future generations of gendarmes, while contributing to greater professionalism and the consolidation of the rule of law in the Central African Republic. 📚🤝
