The EUAM RCA Human Rights Advisor delivered a human rights training at the National Gendarmerie School of Kolongo, as part of the Command Course for 30 Junior Officers organised by the National Gendarmerie from 29 September to 10 December. This ten-week programme aims to reinforce the skills and professionalism of 30 junior officers, including four women.
The course covers a wide range of topics, from criminal law and judicial procedures to operational management, English, IT, human resources management and military command. By supporting this initiative, EUAM RCA contributes to the long-term professionalization of the Internal Security Forces and to building a more modern, accountable and community-oriented Gendarmerie.
