Strengthening Leadership for a Safer Central African Republic

Today, EUAM RCA joined the Director General of the Gendarmerie Nationale at the closing ceremony of the “Stage de Perfectionnement au Commandement et Management” – Session 2025, a key training programme delivered with the Mission’s strategic support. This course strengthens leadership, management, and operational decision-making skills within the Gendarmerie, enabling officers to better lead teams, plan operations, and address evolving security challenges. By investing in command and management capacities, the programme contributes directly to building a more professional, accountable, and effective Internal Security Force in service of the population’s safety.

Through shared expertise and national ownership, the Mission supports lasting reforms in the security sector and strengthens institutional resilience.
