The European Union Advisory Mission in the Central African Republic is a civilian mission under the EU’s CSDP. The objective is to deliver strategic advice to CAR's Ministry of the Interior and Public Security & the Internal Security Forces. It supports the development of professional security service providers under full national ownership.
