Tripoli 09 Oct 2023 – The Head of the EUBAM Libya Mission Natalina Cea and the Head of EU Affairs Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mr. Abdulrhaman Khamada signed a Memorandum of Understanding on joint cooperation.

The signing ceremony, held at the Ministry premises, was attended by the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Dr. Taher Albahour and by the Head of the European delegation to Libya, Ambassador Nicola Orlando.
