EUCAP Sahel Mali continues to contribute to human security in Mali

The Head of EUCAP Sahel Mali, Peter Grabow Kolding, briefed the EU Member States on the Mission’s activities and the development of Mali’s Security Sector Reform over the past six months.

The Mission focused on delivering technical assistance, reinforcing the legal framework of the crisis management system, and ensuring its sustainable institutionalisation.

In addition, EUCAP supported partners with solar panels and facilitated effective collaboration between civil society and the Internal Security Forces for the benefit of local communities.

The Head of Mission also expressed his gratitude to the experts deployed by the Member States for their support in implementing the Mission’s mandate.
