Eugène Van Kemenade appointed as Head of EUCAP Sahel Mali

“It is both an honour and a great responsibility to be appointed Head of Mission of EUCAP Sahel Mali. I am confident that, together, we will continue to strengthen the Mission role in support of the security sector reform and ensure EUCAP remains a respected and trusted partner, contributing to security, stability, and peace in Mali alongside our partners.” said Van Kemenade during his first speech to EUCAP’s Mission members in Bamako.
