As the police station is often the first point of contact between citizens and the security forces, effective management makes it possible to offer a reception and response that is better adapted to the needs of the population.

EUCAP accompanied the "Management of a Police Station" training, which strengthened the participants' capacities in terms of managing, organizing and coordinating activities within the units.

The topics discussed included user reception, communication, planning and reporting. This capacity building contributes to improving the quality of the public security service and increasing trust between the security forces and the population.
