Training on Malaria Management for the National Police

As part of a project to reduce malaria among police officers, EUCAP organised a training session at the National Police Academy in Bamako for doctors and laboratory technicians.

Given their field deployments, travel and night-time duties, police personnel are particularly exposed to malaria. Conducted with a Professor and his team from the Applied Molecular Biology Laboratory in Bamako, the training strengthens skills in malaria prevention, diagnosis and management.
