EUCAP supports two-day Maritime Act validation workshop in Hargeisa

EUCAP’s Field Office in Somaliland successfully supported the organisation of a two-day Maritime Act validation workshop in Hargeisa. The workshop brought together key government representatives, technical experts, and stakeholders from across relevant sectors. 

It served as an important platform to present the finalized draft of the Maritime Act to a wider audience, encouraging open dialogue, collaboration, and exchange of constructive feedback.

Participants actively contributed to insights and recommendations aimed at strengthening the quality, clarity, and effectiveness of the proposed Act. 

This workshop marks a significant step forward in enhancing the regional maritime capabilities.
