Somali Police Force Officers graduate from Senior Leadership Course organised by EUCAP Somalia

EUCAP Somalia wrapped up a two-day Senior Leadership Workshop which was organised for the Somali Police Force. 11 Senior Somali Police Officers successfully completed the workshop focusing on decision-making models, leadership examples and challenges, command structures, and training needs for the future, among others. 

Cultivating sustainable leadership is pivotal in achieving impactful and lasting results in any organisation, including law enforcement agencies. The Mission appreciates that the Somalia Police Force not only recognises this, but also continuously seeks to improve its leadership skills, including through actively participating in events such as this workshop.
