The Mission Force Commander delivered the European Union Common Security and Defence Policy Service Medal to the EUDEL member for her services in Mozambique and the collaboration with European Union mission during the last months. 

At the headquarters of EUMAM MOZ Brigadier General Luís Barroso took the example of dedicated service of the rewarded EUDEL MOZ member to emphasize the importance of the cooperation between the European Union organizations in favour of Mozambique and the Mozambicans.

The EUDEL MOZ reinforces the bilateral relations between European Union and Mozambique, and the political and policy dialogue on issues of mutual interest in the spirit of partnership with the Government and sub-national actors, promoting and defending the values and policies of the EU in an open and equal partnership with the Government and people of Mozambique.
