EUMAM MOZ marks Mozambican Defence Armed Forces Day

Joining in the celebrations, the European Union Military Assistance Mission in Mozambique (EUMAM MOZ) reaffirms its commitment to working closely with the FADM through mentoring, advice and supervision activities, contributing to the development and consolidation of their capabilities.

This cooperation is built on a partnership founded on the principles of mutual respect, trust and knowledge-sharing, with a common goal: to support the development of an increasingly autonomous and capable FADM, able to fulfil its responsibilities in the defence and security of Mozambique.

The occasion also provides an opportunity to recognise the dedication and commitment of Mozambican military personnel, as well as the importance of international cooperation in strengthening defence capabilities and promoting stability.
