Spanish Officer appointed Chief of Training and Mentoring (J7) at EUMAM Mozambique

With a solid professional background and extensive experience in national and international military environments, Lt Col González-Lázaro plays a central role in the planning, coordination and implementation of training and mentoring activities aimed at strengthening the operational capabilities of the Mozambican Armed Defence Forces (FADM).

His work contributes directly to the sustainability of Mozambique’s Quick Reaction Forces (QRF), supporting the development of local leadership, professional standards and operational autonomy, in line with the objectives of EUMAM MOZ.

EUMAM MOZ is a non-executive European Union mission that supports the training and maintenance cycle of the FADM, contributing to regional stability and the protection of civilian populations.
