In high-stakes environments, the ability to respond effectively during the first few "golden minutes" of a cardiac emergency is paramount. Basic Life Support (BLS) training provides our personnel with the critical skills - including high-quality Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) - necessary to sustain life until advanced medical help arrives.
A European Resuscitation Council-certified seminar was recently held at the premises of ASPIDES' Operations Headquarters. The training was conducted under the direction of Lt Col Charalampos Parisis, MD, Head of the Cardiology Department at 404 Military Hospital of Larisa and Co-president of the working group on CPR and Coronary Care Unit (CCU) of the Hellenic Society of Cardiology (HCS).
We extend our sincere thanks to the 404 General Military Hospital of Larissa and the HCS for their essential support and collaboration. #ERC#HCS
