Vien Ngoc Bich is in charge of communications and press at the EU Delegation, where she has worked for over 20 years, gaining a deep understanding of EU policies and activities in Vietnam.
She has been involved in developing and implementing various communications and public diplomacy campaigns for the EU Delegation, and has supported the promotion of community, cultural and creative projects.
