We believe the answer of "What truly makes Da Nang… Da Nang?” lies in fragments of everyday memory—elements that once existed but now remain only in recollection. Amidst this young city flows the Han River, quietly embracing traces of history beneath its waters. There once stood stilted homes: precarious yet resilient, humble yet warm, emblematic of life in Da Nang before concrete filled the landscape.
From these memories, “Cho” was born—not merely a restaurant, but a comprehensive F&B concept where architecture, branding, and cuisine converge to recreate a vivid, authentic Da Nang. In a city that is constantly growing, Cho seeks to remind us that memory and modernity can coexist, and that images once thought to fade can become a source of inspiration today.
“Designing for everyday life” is not only about functionality but also about fostering connection. Cho is a place where, amidst the pace of modern life, people can rediscover a deep emotional resonance with the city, day after day.
