The European Union Delegation to Malawi joined a team of Swedish experts (Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, and Public Health Institute of Sweden), GIZ Malawi, and the Ministry of Health - Malawi, to launch a new project: Strengthening Public Health Institutional Capacity for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights in Malawi (SPHIRHA).

Lilongwe--25 June 2026: The European Union, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Science and technology, on Thursday launched the Improving Secondary Education in Malawi (ISEM II) Programme at Mitundu Community Day Secondary School (CDSS) in Lilongwe.
