Xavier Sticker

Previously, he served as Ambassador of France to Uganda (2022–2025), Permanent Representative of France to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Vienna (2019–2022), and Ambassador-at-Large for the Environment (2014–2018). He has also held positions in London, Brussels, and New York.

A graduate of the École nationale d’administration (ENA), Paris-Dauphine University, the Sorbonne (European Law), and ESSEC Business School, he is a native French speaker and is also proficient in English, German, Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian.
