On May 8, 2025, on the eve of Europe Day, Studio Tamani dedicated its program Le Grand Dialogue to the cooperation between Mali and the European Union. For this occasion, Mr. Sékou Gadjigo, Editor-in-Chief of Studio Tamani, hosted the dialogue featuring:

• H.E. Thomas Eckert, Ambassador of the EU to Mali
• Mr. Peter Grabow Kolding, Head of Mission, EUCAP Sahel Mali

Broadcast on 85 radio stations and 3 partner TV channels across Mali, the program aimed to inform Malian citizens about the state of the Mali-EU partnership, latest developments, and prospects.

Among the topics discussed were the EU's current role and priorities in Mali, support for economic and social development, migration issues, as well as the results and evolution of the EUCAP Sahel Mali mandate, in the context of the Mission's 10th anniversary as an engaged partner in the security sector reform.
