The Recovery and Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine is seeking a Legal Expert (State-Owned Enterprises reform)

The Recovery and Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Econoy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine is a group of consultants that provides targeted technical assistance to the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine in the development and implementation of priority reforms.

The RST is a part of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA) programme. URA is a comprehensive technical assistance programme, deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union, to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.

The Recovery and Reform Support Team (RST) at the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine (Sub-team Economy) is seeking a qualified specialist for the position:

• Legal Expert (Sub-stream: State-Owned Enterprises reform) (Terms of Reference) 

Submissions deadline: 23:59 (Kyiv time) 23 February 2026

Potential candidates should submit:
