European Union Military Committee Conducts Visit to European Defence Agency
The visit, which brought together the Military Representatives from the 27 member states, focused on strengthening collaboration in capability development, research, and joint procurement—critical pillars of the EU Defence Readiness 2030 agenda.
André Denk, Chief Executive of the EDA, welcomed the delegation and highlighted the Agency’s expanded mandate following the 2025 EU strategic plan update. A reinforced partnership with the EUMC is essential to aligning military priorities, accelerating capability development, and ensuring Europe’s defence readiness in an increasingly volatile security environment.
