Call for expression of interest: Provision of Fuel for the Delegations Service Cars

The EEAS / Delegations of the European Union to Jordan and the one to Yemen relocated in Amman, hereby invite interested economic operators to express their interest in participating in the procurement procedure for the provision of fuel for the Delegations service cars, (reference number No: EEAS/DELJORA/2026/004).

The purpose of the procurement is to establish a framework contract for the supply of fuel for the vehicles operated by the Delegation including reporting and invoicing for each car operated by the Delegation.

The selected service provider will be expected to provide fuel and related services to the official Delegations vehicles through an established network of fuel/service stations in Jordan. 

The procurement procedure is expected to be launched in October 2026.

The European Union Delegations are under no obligation to attribute any of the framework contracts mentioned. Under no circumstance will the European Union Delegations be obliged to finalize a framework service contract on the basis of the expression of interest by a tenderer.
