Organised by the Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam, together with Embassies and educational organisations of EU Member States, the European Higher Education Week 2026 will take place in Hanoi and HCMC on 08 - 11 October. 

1️⃣ 'Study in Europe' Education Fair 2026

Under the theme “Open Your Mind”, this year’s fair goes beyond simply exploring study options. Encountering different cultures, values and approaches to learning can open up new ways of seeing the world - from how we ask questions and approach challenges to how we think about the paths ahead.

At the fair, participants can speak directly with representatives from European universities, explore study programmes and scholarships, hear first-hand experiences from EU alumni, and discover career opportunities and connections with European businesses in Vietnam.

The event will feature Embassies and educational organisations from 15 EU Member States: Austria, Belgium (Flanders and Wallonia-Brussels regions), Bulgaria, Czechia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Spain, and Sweden.

2️⃣ International Education Conference & Expo (IECEE 2026)
📍 8 – 9.10.2026 | Hanoi

The EU will participate in IECEE 2026, organised by Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training, with a Higher Education Panel Discussion and a Team Europe booth, bringing together education institutions, businesses, policymakers, and international partners.
