The European Union (EU) Delegation to Azerbaijan is organising the “FantazEU” Cultural Heritage Festival from 1 to 18 March 2022 in Baku. The “FantazEU Festival” will aim to promote European cultural diversity, with particular focus on European cultural heritage in Azerbaijan including demonstrating links between European and Azerbaijani cultural heritage.

In many places around the world, human rights and democracy are under threat. While we combat the global pandemic, multiple challenges are mounting in particular for the most vulnerable communities. As we celebrate Human Rights Day, the EU re-commits to stand and speak out for the oppressed and those under threat, wherever they may live.

To mark the Human Rights Day on 10 December and to raise awareness of human rights for all, the European Union Delegation to Azerbaijan is organising a video contest. Working individually or in teams, participants 14-18 years of age are invited to create a video clip of an average length of 2-4 minutes, on the theme of human rights.
