HR/VP Kaja Kallas co-hosted a key ministerial meeting in the margins of UN General Assembly in New York to discuss the effects of the climate crisis on security.

Through the crisis, the EU stood shoulder to shoulder with Kuwait, from the highest-level diplomatic calls to an in-person mission in Kuwait, reaffirming solidarity, security and support when it mattered most. Even amid uncertainty, the partnership kept looking ahead, strengthening cooperation on energy, resilience and a shared, more secure future.
