This tender is addressed to duly registered economic operators with the legal and technical capacity to carry out the contract in Kabul.

All economic operators interested to be invited to the tender, shall submit their expression of interest by Monday, 30 April 2023 to: delegation-afghanistan-procurement@eeas.europa.eu  providing the following data:

• Business name
• Postal and physical address of the company
• Name and e-mail address of contact person
• Telephone number

Please write the title of the tender “EEAS-002-DELAFGK-SER-FWC Fire Safety” in the subject of your e-mail.

The European Union Delegation is under no obligation to attribute the above-mentioned contract. Under no circumstance will the European Union Delegation be obliged to finalise a service contract based on the expression of interest by a tenderer.         

The tender documents will be sent to companies who have expressed their interest in participating and possibly to other economic operators selected by the Delegation.
