The European Commission Directorate General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) in the Kabul, Afghanistan is launching a call for tender using a lowest bid procedure for the provision of Internet Services for 4 years (2025-2029).
The company will be responsible for the provision of 30Mbps dedicated (1:1) Internet Services for 4 years (2025-2029) to the ECHO Office in Kabul.
The launch of procurement procedure will be on December 15th 2024
