Auckland University's Europe Institute is hosting 4 different public seminars this month, the topics range from the position of women in early 20th century Europe to genocide. All are welcome to the events. The first event does not require registration and you can register for the second event here.

Wednesday 11 March, lecture theatre 206-209 at 6:30pm, in association with Big Q Project for Public Interest Media: Dr Panayiotis Diamadis (Australian Institute of Holocaust and Genocide Studies) and Dr Maria Armoudian (Auckland): ‘New Zealand and the Armenian Genocide: What are the human rights costs of aligning with Turkey?’

Thursday 12 March at 4pm, Pat Hanan Room (207-501), in association with History: Dr Kevin Windle (Australian National University): ‘Early Russian accounts of the Australian colonies: a translation and editing project’

Thursday 26 March at 4pm, Pat Hanan Room (207-501), in association with History: Dr Sarah Greer (Oxford University): ‘Rethinking the genealogical diagrams in the medieval West’
