DELARM: Ex-Ante publication of Call for Tenders: Provision of production and broadcasting services

The Delegation of the European Union to Armenia, based in Yerevan, will soon be launching a call for tenders using a negotiated procedure for the provision of production services and broadcasting (Television programme of up to 5 minutes per episode). The framework contract will cover a period of 2 years.
